Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

By accessing or using Qyvera, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Qyvera is currently in early access and provided as-is while the product matures.

The service

Qyvera is an operational and financial intelligence platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It processes uploaded documents — invoices, bills, photos of registers — using AI to extract structured data and generate operational insights such as vendor forecasts, spend patterns, and activity summaries.

The platform is in active development. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will communicate material changes by email where possible.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. Notify us immediately at founder@qyvera.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your data

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload. By uploading, you grant Qyvera a limited licence to process that data for the sole purpose of generating intelligence for your account. We do not sell your data or use it to train models without explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you provide. Do not upload documents containing personal data of third parties without appropriate authority.

AI-generated output — important disclaimer

Insights, forecasts, recommendations, and responses generated by Qyvera — including those produced by the KAI assistant — are AI-generated and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or professional advice.

Qyvera's intelligence is based on patterns in your uploaded records. It may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Always verify important business decisions with a qualified professional. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated output.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload documents containing malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract platform data at scale
  • Upload documents you do not have the right to process
  • Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls
  • Impersonate another person or business

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

Intellectual property

All platform code, design, models, and brand assets are the property of Qyvera. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.

Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used to improve the product without compensation or attribution.

Limitation of liability

Qyvera is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qyvera and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim, or ₹500 — whichever is greater.

Third-party services

Qyvera integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Qyvera is not responsible for third-party service availability, performance, or policy changes.

Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing founder@qyvera.in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where continued service is operationally infeasible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and legal landscape evolve. We will notify registered users by email of material changes with at least 7 days notice where practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of Qyvera shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
